You can easily alter the way you feel by simply asking yourself a positive "solution oriented" question... just before you go and talk to a woman. It's really easy, and once you get into the habit of doing this, you'll never go back to your old ways.
Think about it, if a woman approached you... and it was obvious that she was feeling unsure of herself and insecure, chances are that you would start to feel unsure about her too. But if she approached you with a big smile, made some light heated jokes, and was obviously ultra confident... you would be blown away by how she feels about herself.

Well the same applies when you approach a woman. How you feel about yourself in that moment will determine how SHE feels about you. Isn't that interesting?! It still blows my mind when I think about it.

most men will never realize. In life, women look to men for their emotional state (generally speaking).

If you are fearful and anxious, she will start to become fearful an anxious around you. If you're relaxed, happy, and confident... she will feel that way around you... and about you.
